Barry Clark, President of Royal LePage Nanaimo Realty is looking forward to 2012 when his Company will celebrate 65 years in business serving customers in Nanaimo, the Island and throughout the World.

During those years, the Company has developed over 100 subdivisions, mainly in Nanaimo and created some of Nanaimo's finest addresses of residential locations which included to name a few, Lynburn Estates, Cilaire, Divers Lake, Protection Island, Country Club and Cathers Lake.

The Company well established as Nanaimo Realty, employed many home builders, staff and realtors to service their twelve offices throughout Vancouver Island, where they have provided real estate, insurance and property management to its clientele through the years.

In the late eighties when the economy changed and the invent of technology came about, the Company connected to the Royal LePage umbrella in order to become closer to other Provinces and the wide World, retaining the Company name of Nanaimo Realty, doing business as Royal LePage Nanaimo Realty.

We have two real estate offices, with the main branch in Nanaimo and one in Ladysmith, two insurance offices, Country Club Mall and Brooks Landing, named "Nanaimo Insurance Brokers", plus two property management offices in both Nanaimo and Ladysmith, where we still employ 100 in staff.

In the near future, the Company will appoint new Directors and a Management team that will guide it through the next twenty years with pride, taking care of their customer base and their homeownership needs.
