About Jamie

Jamie Kolk is a true islander being that he was born and raised in Ladysmith, BC. Jamie graduated from Ladysmith High School and pressured his passion in computers by attending college to obtain his Microsoft Certification. After college Jamie utilized his education to obtain a fulltime job at a newly opened store called Uforik Computer here in Ladysmith. Over the years Uforik Computers began to grow and Jamie seen an opportunity to become more than and employee and became co-owner of the business for several years.

Jamie left Uforik computers in 2015 in hopes to expand his knowledge of computers in another facet and started a new career with the Vancouver Island Real Estate Board in the technical department. While working at VIREB Jamie gained a tone of real estate knowledge, Jamie assisted realtors from across the island on how to use software and tools that were provided to them by the board, BCREA and CREA.

Jamie’s father Luke Kolk had been a very successful and respected REALTOR in Ladysmith for over 20 years and Jamie decided to follow in his foot steps and attained his Real Estate license.

Jamie and his fiancée are raising their two beautiful children in Ladysmith and wouldn’t call anywhere else home.
