Janice has been a licensed REALTOR® since 2004. She started in the business as an unlicensed assistant but it didn’t take long for her to realize that she wanted to be a real estate agent. Prior to working in the real estate field, Janice was a paralegal for ten years. Her legal background has been invaluable as her understanding of the law enables her to draft excellent contracts and her attention to the details is second to none but what really makes her a great agent is that she genuinely cares about her clients and their real estate goals and makes the effort to listen and get to know them. Her clients will tell you that she is unfailingly honest and will never try to sell you a house but will always do her best to find you the right home. Janice’s goal is to guide her clients through the complex process of buying and/or selling a home and to make the experience as stress free as possible.
