After growing up in Nanaimo, Carlee learned the residential Real Estate business working alongside some of Vancouver’s top Realtors, where she soon established a name for herself as she learned the sophisticated strategies and tactics used to effectively market properties, close transactions quickly, and most importantly to ensure that the process was as stress free as possible for her clients. Working exclusively in commercial Real Estate prior to joining Royal LePage, Carlee co-managed a portfolio of approximately 125 listings, including development sites, commercial and industrial sales, and leasing, as well as business sales. Carlee has experience working with foreign investors, having worked alongside immigration consulting firms to facilitate transactions through the Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) program.
